Some homes are managed. Yours is kept.
Never wonder about your second home again.
Most services check on your house. Kept takes responsibility for it: one Keeper, every visit documented, and you only hear from us when a decision is yours to make.

Serving Park City and the Wasatch Back
One person, responsible for the whole house.
- A long first visit.
We document every shutoff, system and vendor. The home record is the asset file of the house. It is there for a sale, for tax basis and capital improvements, and for the beneficiaries the home will pass to.
- Visits on a set schedule.
Every visit is photographed and written up in your home record, there whenever you want to look.
- Small things, handled.
Below your standing limit, we book the vendor, meet them, check the work and close it out.
- Bigger things, one text.
The photos and the price, sent to your phone. Approve or decline in one tap.
- One monthly charge.
Vendor work passes through at cost, with every invoice attached.
Not visits. Ownership.
Anyone can stop by and follow a checklist. Kept makes sure everything works when you arrive.
Trust you can see.
Every visit is photographed, timestamped and filed to your home record — the asset file of the house. You’re never asked to take our word for it.
Caught before it costs you.
A frozen pipe or a slow leak doesn’t wait for your next trip. Regular eyes catch the $200 problem before it becomes a $30,000 one.
Nothing for you to manage.
We book, meet and check every contractor and delivery, and stay quiet until a decision is genuinely yours.

Your Keeper
“Kept is run by me, Taylor Nielsen. You’ll deal with me directly.”
Kept is for second homes only — not nightly rentals, and not HOA management. It replaces the traditional property manager. There are no packages. We take a home on if we can keep it properly, or we pass.
You have one point of contact, and the house is kept with a resort feel. Your time stays small. We stay quiet until a decision is yours to make. Insured for this work: general and professional liability.
