Accessibility
Last updated October 24, 2026
We want anyone to be able to read this site and reach us, whatever they use to browse it.
What we aim for
We build toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2, Level AA. This site has not been through a formal independent audit, so we describe below what we have actually done rather than claim conformance we haven’t verified.
What we’ve done
- Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
- A “skip to content” link is the first thing a keyboard or screen-reader user reaches.
- Headings, landmarks, and form labels are marked up properly, so a screen reader can navigate the page structure.
- Text meets AA contrast against its background, and no information is carried by color alone.
- If your system asks for reduced motion, we honor it: the scrolling list of communities stops.
- The explainer video on the home page never plays on its own. It has captions, on by default, that follow the narration word for word.
- Pages reflow to small screens and zoom without side-to-side scrolling.
- Form errors are announced, not just colored, and no form has a time limit.
Where we fall short
- The booking calendar on the consultation page is provided by Cal.com. We don’t control its code and can’t vouch for its accessibility. If it gets in your way, the form on the same page works without it. Fill it in and we’ll call you, or simply email us.
